SCOTT HENDRICKS
KEYBOARDS , GUITAR , HARP and VOCALS

Scott Hendricks began his formal piano studies at the age of seven, with the encouragement and example of his father, a pianist who came of age during the Boogie Woogie craze of the 1940’s. Trained as a classical pianist,he quickly progressed to Chopin and Bach preludes. The rock and roll bug hit him at age eleven, when he realized that he could play most of the current and classic rock songs by ear.
A graduate of North Park College in Chicago, Scott resumed his classical studies there, developing a style somewhere between the keenly analytical and a raw passion for the keys. He currently splits his practice time between the classics and classic popular styles, including rock, jazz and blues.
The rock bug never left him, and Scott played for original hard-rockers Shy Boy from the late ‘80’s into the early 90’s. Playing with local favorites J.P. and the Cats from 1992 through 1997, Selective Recall(1998)and Big Guitars from Memphis from 2000 through 2002, Scott has played many Midwest club, festival, and corporate dates, including Navy Pier, Taste of Chicago, Milwaukee’s Summerfest, Naperville’s Ribfest and Last Fling. He's also shared the stage with Pat Benatar, B.J. Thomas and The Temptations.
Scott spends his afternoons and evenings teaching piano and guitar, and occasionally, bass, harmonica and mandolin at the Arlington School of Music, where he studied for twelve years with the legendary James Matteoni. When not playing or teaching, he is a world-wide traveler and avid reader, and still enjoys participating in sports.

JOEY D'ECCLISS
DRUMS and VOCALS

Joey D’Eccliss has had many musical influences in his life, but none more than his father, who is a trumpeter, vocalist and leader of his own band. Starting at the early age of nine, Joe’s father would bring him along to watch many of his shows. In the back of his father’s mind, he had hoped that one day Joe would take a liking to the trumpet, but Joe was drawn to another instrument on those stages.
After eight years of lessons, high school band and garage bands, Joe spent the late ‘80’s and early ‘90’s with the hair band cover act Blue Keel. In 1999, Joe met up with J.C. Pasquale, now of J. C. & the Roadkings, and formed the blues/rock band Exit 90. J.C.’s style of rockin’ blues guitar and Joe’s rock influences gave Exit 90 a gutsy edge. In 2002, Joe joined up with the pop/rock cover band D’Zyre, and in 2004, Joe played what he calls his “ultimate gig,” being asked to sit in on drums for his father’s band, a request that he still does to this day.
